Description

The MAX-View™ Live/Dead Staining Kit (Calcein-AM/PI)consists of two components: Calcein-AM and Propidium Iodide. Calcein-AM passes through the cell membrane, staining viable cells with a strong green fluorescence. Propidium Iodide (PI) stains DNA through the collapsed cell membrane of dead or damaged cells.
